I don’t have time for an elaborate menu this week, but I had to throw something together or who knows what we would eat this week.
Monday: red beans and rice, steamed broccoli
Tuesday: I am going to a cooking class at Vom Fass. I don’t remember exactly what we are having, but it sounded delicious, and fun.
Wednesday: Rosemary Chicken with White Beans
Thursday: chili, rice, sauteed kale
Friday: dinner at my parent’s house; turkey burgers, salad, fries
No grocery store trip needed; between the freezer and the pantry and the garden, I have this week covered. We’ve even got stuff for lunches, although breakfast may be a bit more challenging. I think I will need to make a big pot of oatmeal to get us through the week.
