Man, was I sick last week. We mostly followed the menu, though, which was pretty good. Tuesday I ate french fries and ice cream–I felt really bad that day–and Thursday we went out, but other than that, I made what I planned. Go me!
I didn’t do much of anything else, though. I went to work, made dinner and collapsed on the couch. I hate weeks like that! I barely even walked each day. I think it helped me get better faster, though.
Sunday: Out with a friend
Monday: Maple Cranberry Chicken Breasts, rice, broccoli
Tuesday: Corn pasta with seafood in an arrabiata sauce (shrimp, scallops, calamari–frozen mix from Trader Joe’s), applesauce
Wednesday: Chinese meatballs on rice with peas and peapods
Thursday: Vegetarian panang curry, rice, orange wedges
Friday: Pizza, raw veggies with hummus, fruit smoothies
