Did you know that Thanksgiving is next week? Of course you did. Really, I did, too, but it still seems to be sneaking up on me, even though it is so late this year. I need to make a menu for that meal!
In the meantime, this is yet another busy week, and I need all of my time for Christmas projects, so the menu is mostly fast stuff. I am going to make a roast on Thursday, but mostly that is in the oven with no input from me, so it doesn’t count as a long recipe.
Sunday: Out with a friend
Monday: Bacon-wrapped chicken tenderloins, buttered green beans, fried cabbage
Tuesday: Breaded Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce, cole slaw with tahini dressing
Thursday: Roast beef, mashed cauliflower, sauteed green beans
Friday: Salmon burgers, salad
